Extra Efficient Cooler

The heat uses high quality raw materials and a unique internal channel design which increases the heat exchange area and can effectively dissipate heat of air compressor The inner wall of the heat exchanger is treated with corrosion protection to Increase the service life and heat transfer effect Each radiator has to passed the strict factory test assures the reliability of preventing air compressor from high temperature to increase its performance and service life

Cooling Fan

The fan uses a large design to effectively enhance the fan's heat dissipation effect. The fan motor adopts a special internal design to adapt the harsh working conditions. Fan motor adopts special winding and high protection grade design to the harsh working conditions. The fan motor is controlled by the controller to realize the automatic start and stop function which effectively maintains the desired working temperature of the air compressor lubricant.

High quality IE3 & IE4 Motor options. NdFeB Permanent magnet synchronous PMSM options. Protection grade IP55, Insulation grade F. Minimum 5% to 7% higher efficiency than similar product. Service life minimum 15 years in standard operation conditions.

Highly intelligent controller provides 14 types of protections. Multilingual touch screen beautiful and Intuitive Interface, easy to operate. Inbuilt service manager to keep service and fault history and reminders for service. Large memory and equipped with printer interface, it can use computer remote monitoring or multiple linkage control between air compressors.

Spare parts

All high grade quality spares, oil filter with high density, equal pore size, small filter resistance, large flux, strong interception ability and long service life and the outer surface treated with nano electroplating. Paper Air filter with high dust holding design and low flow resistance, Oil fine separator with advanced three-stage air-oil separation to keep oil contents below 3PPM to ensure the high quality of output air from air compressor.
